Supplementary angles

By looking at the topic supplementary angles the first thing in your mind is an angle right. You will think of an angle first when you hear this word. We have learn t many types of angles such as corresponding angles and acute angles and many more.

Definition of Supplementary angles:- When we have two lines which intersect at a particular point of the line that is called as an angle and adjacent angles to that angle is called a supplementary angle. The supplementary angles is defined as the sum of two angles with the sum of 180 degree is called as supplementary angles.

Below we have some example here to calculate supplementary angles.

Example 1:

Calculate the supplementary angle of 75°(Here angle of one side is given)
Solution:

The supplementary angle of 75° = 180° - 75° = 105°

The supplementary angle of 105° = 180° - 105° = 75°

The angles 75° and 105° are supplementary angles.

Did you guys get the concept clear now? Will you be able to work on this if your teacher ask you to do so. Friends, how many of you have seen my previous post greater than sign and lesser than sign using a frog? That's good guys check that out....

Parts of a circle

When i was discussing on parts of a circle, i had many of you who wanted to learn more about circumference of circle, radius of a circle and about diameter.

Let me explain this again to you. Look for the definitions below.

Radius:- It is the length of the line from the center to any point on the circle edge. Now i am sure you remembered.

Diameter:- It is a point which divides the circle into two halves. Its a line from one end of the circle to the other end of the circle. Well it can be said its twice the radius. The formula to find the diameter is 2r ( twice the radius).

Well i will come back with much more. Now you guys give me definition of a square quickly. Write back to me friends...

indefinite integrals

Guys come on lets learn the introduction to indefinite integrals? Do you know what this concept mean? Interesting right?? Yes friends, it is as interesting as we learn t about variable data statistics.

Introduction to indefinite integrals

Indefinite integrals are integrals without limits.

The technique of integration is very useful in two ways.

* To find the function whose derivative is given.
* To find the area bounded by a curve given by the function under certain condition.

Lets work on more examples on indefinite integrals shortly...Give me your views or comments on this post. Let me know if you guys want to learn more on algebraic fractions and henceforth i will work on it.

Square root of 200

What is the square root of 200? It is the same way you found out the square root of 18 (√18)

Lets find it out in prime factorization method below as we have worked on with many using long division method.

Find square root of 200 using prime factorization method:-

The prime factors of 200 is 2*2*2*5*5, here we need to create a pair of these factors.
Therefore it becomes 2*2(one pair) *2* 5*5(2nd pair)
You can format it in the square root form as 2*5√2
Therefore the answer is square root of 200 is 10√2.

So guys will you trouble your mom and cry asking her please do my homework again when it comes to finding the square root???

probability problems and solutions

Look here for some simple probability problems and solutions. I have worked with you earlier also on what do you mean by probability and also received many positive response on this.

The important types of probability problems are problems on conditional probability, problems on multiplication theorem and problems on bayes theorem. Here I will discuss on conditional probability example below.

Problem 1(On Conditional probability):
A pair of dice is thrown. Find the probability that either of the dices shows 2 when their sum is 6?

Solution:

A: 2 appear on either of the dice and B: the sum of the two numbers on the dice is 6. So, A={(2,1),(2,2),(2,3) ,(2,4) ,(2,5) ,(2,6),(1,2), (2,2) (3,2) (4,2), (5,2) (6,2)},B={(1,5),(2,4),(3,3),(4,2),(5,1)} P(A B)=2/36 hence P(A/B)={P(AB)/P(B)} =2/5.

When your teacher gives you homework on probability, then don't have to worry just take help homework and finish your homework.

double bar graph

Lets look at how useful is Double bar graph? We have worked on different types of graphs, now lets look at double bar graph below.

Definition of double bar graph:- A Double Bar graph is a rectangular bar with length proportional to the values that they represent. We can find the bars plot horizontally. These bars are used for plotting discontinous data which has discrete values.

Double bar graph is useful if we try to record certain information to know if it is continuous or not.

There are various problems also related to double bar graph which we can discuss in the coming post. Look for Math homework help online and work on different mathematics problem by yourself.

Slope calculator

Did you guys use Slope calculator, i asked you to do when i discussed on slope. Do you remember the formula i gave you to calculate slope. Well look for it below.

Formula for slope------> m =

Normally slope intercept equations are linear equations...and a non linear equations can never be a form of slope intercept form. Algebra slope calculator is used to calculate the slope from the equation which is given and the points which are mentioned. When you enter the input points in the calculator, it automatically gives you the slope. Amazing right...

Use slope calculators more help. Once you work on the problem, just check your answers in it.

Look for math word problems worksheets and start working on them, you will come across many such problems that you are not aware of and you should be knowing them...Mention the topics and i will help you with it.
